Each dish has been created by chef Danny Millar, using locally sourced, seasonal produce. With our traditionally reared Dexter beef, locally sourced lamb and pork, and seafood fresh from Strangford Lough we not only create a compelling dining experience, but showcase the best of Northern Ireland.
