About Us

Charming pub, restaurant and beer garden. A little foodie haven in the heart of charming Hillsborough.

Located in picturesque Hillsborough village, The Parson's Nose was originally an elegant Georgian townhouse built by the Marquis of Downshire in the late 1700's. Today it has been transformed into a characterful dining pub boasting a beautiful covered beer garden overlooking Hillsborough Castle lake.

At Parson's Nose we love local brews, pub grub classics, fresh seafood, dry-aged steaks and artisan, woodfired sourdough pizzas, all served in a fun atmosphere of genteel hospitality.

Food served every day from 12 noon.
